| Me and my boyfriend was going to see big sugar cause we won tickets and they were the opening band. Big sugar was great but we enjoyed murder city sparrows a lot better and we both love them till this day and we cant wait till they come back to kelowna...you guys rock :)..see you hopefully soon. |

| Well I fell in love with Murder City Sparrows for the first time all over again Indie Week Oct 9 at the Bovine. Four days later I realize I MUST have seen this band before...perhaps at NXNE '08? Next show Oct 20 at Lee's Palace? I can make it to a Monday night show to support my new loves...but wait...I have my bass lesson that night... First love first, second loves second. | Wow, I don't even know what to say here. Um I got into you guys by seeing the music video of Hammer Click on Much Loud (not a great channel) and I looked you up and was immediately swept up in the killer tunes. As an aspiring bassist I am ofcourse a huge fan of the kicking bass lines, though the guitar riffs, drum beats, and ranged vocals help too ;). Sorry this is soo long, but to end, I love the (short)album and was blown away by your live show last time you were in S'toon, and I'm bringing more friends to see it this time! |
